Shipping Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Gourmetplaza. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Exceptions are products that have to be produced on pre-order. Orders are maybe not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

With the proven shipping confirmation of the goods to the shipping company, the responsibility passes to the recipient. The buyer must ensure that they can be reached by phone after the delivery confirmation. If there is a delay, the appropriate shipping company must be contacted.

If the customer is not reached by phone, the courier company will arrange a new delivery, most several times. If it is impossible to deliver the package, a return will be initiated and will be charged with a service charge of THB 850, -


Shipping rates & delivery estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated after the order is placed. You will got an order confirmation with all details, the total amount and payment methods.

Shipping rates based on order total amount and will be shown on checkout page

Shipping rates are based on shippings from north and north-east thailand to bangkok area. All another areas such as east coast and south thailand are remote areas with higher shipping rates, will be calculated after the order was placed.

Courier transportation fees

No shipping before or on saturday, sunday and public holidays in Thailand

We reserve the right to change the delivery method, if unforeseen events occur.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking


According to your order, the delivery may consist of several packages from different producers.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number (s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.




If you received your order damaged, please don't accept the package or check the package thoroughly, take pictures for proving and contact the shipment carrier or us to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy


We currently do not ship outside Thailand.
