Typical salami from northern Italy obtained by processing the neck muscle suitably trimmed, flavored with salt, spices and worked for a long time in order to favor the absorption of the salt. The cup is then stuffed and seasoned in fresh and ventilated rooms to allow the product to develop that full, sweet, little pronounced taste, but rich in delicate aromas.
